Yesterday was, despite my fears, beyond productive!  I was most happy.  I was also most achey when I went to bed.  It will make for a very dull blog post, but here is a summary of my accomplishments 🙂 Repotting my courgette and pepper seedlings; Buying a trough for my lettuce and sewing the seeds; Going food shopping; Tidying the upstairs completely (all rooms) and washing all windows inside and out!; Treating the back fence near the veg patch; Setting-up

It’s Sunday night already but instead of feeling a bit low because it’s work tomorrow, we can all (in the UK anyway) feel happy because tomorrow is a Bank Holiday!  Hurrah!  Huzzah!  It is supposed to be another hot one tomorrow as well, 20 degrees C in WGC. I intend to be fully productive tomorrow and do many activities.  This includes: Repotting my courgette and pepper seedlings; Buying a trough for my lettuce and sewing the seeds; Weeding the left-hand

Our week off is over – boo! 🙁 However, I cannot complain because we had an awesome time on the boaty-boat (aka narrow boat) with Lou & Graham. We also had some fantastic weather from Wed onwards. It has made the last few days at home really enjoyable too. The gardens (front & back) are looking pretty spiffing for this stage in the year so I am going back to work happy. Have forgotten to water my courgettes though. Darn
