A day out watching Olympic Rowing

On Friday, the Olympics started!  The Opening Ceremony started at 9pm on Friday night and finished at about 12:45am (I was shattered at rowing the next day!).  It was truly brilliant and a wonderful example of what Britain can do.  Of course, with the Opening Ceremony comes the events and one of the first events to start is rowing – hurrah! Bye-bye Saturday lie-ins!

Yes, I am happy about it because I am going back rowing next weekend – hurrah!
