A quick garden update

I’ve been quite quiet on the blog front for the last fortnight because, whenever possible, I have been spending a lot of my spare time in the garden. It’s really starting to take shape for the summer and some of the ‘improvement’ and ‘tidying’ work we have been doing means it’s looking better than ever. I finished shaping the beds near the house and put in some extra bedding plants. I massively tidied-up the back of the garden and planted

Don’t fall off an upgrade path!

So, I decided to make a variation of my normal veggie lasagne. It worked really well and was well received. So, in keeping with my recent bout of food-based-blog-posts, here’s how to recreate it yourselves! Ingredients Tomato Sauce: 1 diced red onion, 3
