Blog Post 11-09-2010

Our coach, Matt, told me today that I don’t stand with my back bent correctly.  Something to do with my pelvis being tipped too much the wrong way.  So, I have spent a lot of today trying to stand correctly and it’s starting to feel a bit more natural, but crikey it is uncomfortable!  I fear I will ache tomorrow.  That won’t be good since we are doing a bike ride!  Oh well, it will allow me to assess my posture on a bike – haha!
