A long overdue garden update

Over my birthday weekend we went to my in-laws (my Father-in-Laws birthday is the day before mine). My Mother-in-Law is an exceptional gardener and her garden is both wonderfully matured and maintained. So we arrived to see borders bursting with colour and life. Missing my garden

When we moved in to our last house in 2007, the garden was just bare patches of grass. After years of effort, with support from my Mother-in-Law, it had really matured and came back looking stunning every spring with minimal effort. When we finally moved in September last year, the thing I felt the most gut-wrenching about leaving was the garden; Many of those plants I had nurtured from something as small as my hand to fully matured and established
