Tomorrow Sam, Lou, Graham and I are doing the London to Brighton Bike Ride for the third year running. This year we are cycling for CARE International UK and you cycle in groups with a navigator, scheduled stops and food provided. Will be interesting to see how it compares with the much bigger British Heart Foundation which has a great vibe but some maniac cyclists.
